Sculptures are fully insured for damage or loss in transport, using a tracked service, and will be fully replaced in that case.

The prices of art are subject to the addition of any relevant duty and taxes on exporting permanently outside the UK and importing to another.

Most sculpture will be duty-free, but it is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and duties.

The artist does not charge VAT, but there could also be VAT charges into the EU.

If you are not entirely happy with your sculpture then please:

Re-package it in the original box and contact me by email within 14 days to request a return.

I will send you a return label for the box and arrange a suitable time for it to be collected by courier.

Once the artwork has been returned, I will issue you with a full refund, including delivery.

If the sculpture has arrived damaged I would be very grateful for detailed photos of the damage sustained.
